Before You Start

Make sure you have:

• Property access: You must own or have permission to list the property

Create Your Listing

Step 1: Property Basics

1. Go to Hosting and click List your property
2. Select your property type:
   • Entire place
   • Private room
   • Shared room
3. Enter your address
4. Specify the number of guests, bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms

Step 2: Amenities

Select all amenities available:

• WiFi
• Kitchen
• Air conditioning
• Pool
• Parking
• Security
• Generator/Power backup

Step 3: Photos

Upload high-quality photos:

• Minimum 5 photos required
• Show all rooms and spaces
• Natural lighting preferred
• Clean, uncluttered spaces
• Highlight unique features

Step 4: Title and Description

Write a compelling listing:

• Title: Short and descriptive (max 50 characters)
• Description: Detailed information about your space
• Highlights: Mention nearby attractions
• House rules: Any specific rules for guests

Step 5: Pricing

Set your rates:

• Nightly rate: Your base price per night
• Cleaning fee: One-time cleaning charge
• Weekend pricing: Optional higher rates for weekends
• Discounts: Weekly or monthly stay discounts

Step 6: Availability

Set your calendar:

• Mark available dates
• Set minimum/maximum stay requirements
• Block dates when unavailable
• Set advance notice requirements

Step 7: House Rules

Specify your rules:

• Check-in/check-out times
• Smoking policy
• Pet policy
• Party/event policy
• Additional guest fees

Verification Process

Before your listing goes live:

1. Identity verification: Upload a valid government ID
2. Property verification: We may verify property details
3. Photo review: Photos must meet quality standards
4. Listing review: Description must be accurate and complete

After Listing
